It's our THIRD ANNIVERSARY! As I reflect over the last three years I realize one thing - we have come a long way from our original 900 sq ft studio.
- We are now operating in 2000+ sq ft, have 30+ classes on our schedule and dozens of private clients each week. Our class offerings have grown from Barre7, Mat Pilates, and Pilates Equipment classes to include functional training with the addition of TRX Circuit and Big Ball. We have also incorporated balance exercises into every class to prevent injury.
- As instructors we have expanded our knowledge by working with area physicians and physical therapists regarding clients who have injuries, helped new moms prevent postpartum injury as they return to working out, and introduced you (and ourselves) to valuable resources for nutrition and healthy eating by bringing Simple Science Juices, the Whole30, and Nutrition by Robyn to the studio.
- We have had many new faces join our community and seen new friendships form. Additionally, WE are forming friendships with you - yet another job perk.
I honestly believe we have the BEST clients, the BEST group of instructors, and the BEST job. To say the last 3 years have been easy would be a lie - however, as a group, we have learned a lot, grown a lot, and laughed...A LOT. We truly love all of you and we love each other.
To find a group of instructors who share the love, support, energy, knowledge, and kindness with each other like we do is rare but it's because we have a mutual respect for each other and seriously LOVE WHAT WE DO. We aren't able to get together nearly enough but our group texts are HILARIOUS. We crack ourselves up - we know we crack you up too! We are also extremely genuine and warm - our goal is to fill the studio with positive energy. We want all of our clients to feel supported 100%, regardless if it's your first class or your 100th class.
Studio 7 Pilates + Barre is a small, locally owned studio with one investor, one owner and one business manager - ME. Thank you for supporting my small business, for believing in my dream, for believing in me, and for believing in my instructors - they were all hand-picked because of their skill set and knowledge as well as their personality + charm.
