Private Pilates sessions focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level. Scheduled ahead of time, each lesson is customized to ensure each person enjoys their Pilates experience. Our bodies are constantly changing depending on our life activities; in each session your instructor will ask if you have any ailments, pain, or particular areas you would like to focus on. This allows us to train the person that is front of us, and keeps your sessions innovative and different each time.
Our semi-private sessions allow you and one (or two) other clients the opportunity to not only do something for your mind and body but also devote an hour to connecting with others.

Contrary to popular belief, there are no requirements to starting Pilates.

Studio7 instructors know anatomy, understand biomechanics, and the importance of a balanced body. Pilates provides a challenging workout with no to low impact or excessive weight bearing. Private sessions can be a starting point for anyone looking to improve their class experience - within the individual session, we will focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level.
