Teaching movement is an honor and it is our responsibility to teach the body in front of us. We recognize the power in language, and seek cues that allow you the freedom to move in a way that feels good to you.

We believe laughter is a necessary part of working out and joy is found through community.

We welcome and embrace every unique person, honoring your race,

gender identification, and movement preferences.

We promise to hold ourselves accountable for making Studio7 a safe space for everyone.

We will listen, cherish, and guide you during your sessions so you leave our doors feeling as though each individual session honored you.

Our team actively strives to become a more diverse and inclusive studio with every action we take, working to correct personal biases, engage in anti-racist allyship, and amplify BIPOC voices and leadership.
