PILATES TEACHER TRAINING THROUGH PILATES SPORTS CENTER STARTS OCTOBER 2023

Whether you are looking to teach professionally, or simply enhance your training from home, this course is for you! PSC teaches the Classical and Progressive approach to Pilates that preserves the essence of the original technique as Joseph Pilates designed but incorporates today's knowledge and principles. 2023 TRAINING 

2 Day Start Up Program Fundamentals and Philosophy (required for all programs)

An extensive alignment and cuing protocol from head to toe to cohesively instruct a client. This workshop is the basis of all PSC’s Teacher Training Programs; it includes the Pilates philosophies collected from many teachings and also covers terminology and basic anatomy. This is the foundation for all skilled teaching and required for any modules of the PSC Pilates Teacher Training program. 

Cost is $300

FULL PROGRAM

This all-inclusive 450+ hour course includes: 

- Pilates Mat Repertoire

- Reformer 

- Cadillac/Trapeze Table

- Wunda/Combo Chair

- Pilates Philosophy

- Client assessment and alignment protocol

- In-depth coverage of anatomy within each module

Full or Modular training available - choose one, or choose them all.

Virtual options available for all modules.

Full, comprehensive training includes Fundamentals, Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Anatomy. $4900 minus $500 deposit

 

Bridge discount given to previously trained Pilates Instructors in the module they are trained in. Email us to request Bridge program pricing.
