Pilates Sports Center was founded in 2000 and offers not only one of the most profoundly effective exercise systems ever developed, but gives special emphasis to the extensive rehabilitative aspects of the work of Joseph H. Pilates. The importance of quality instruction that is rooted in science and covers anatomy extensively is a priority that cannot be ignored in today's 'movement is medicine' world. The Pilates Sports Center Teacher Training Program (“PSC”) offers the finest Pilates instructor educational program available and is staffed with vetted, qualified, and PMA Certified™ Teachers across the USA and Internationally. Whether you are looking to teach professionally, or simply enhance your training from home, this course is for you! This course is led by Studio Owner and Teacher Trainer Jocelyn Cohenour - she has been teaching Pilates since 2008, certifying instructors since 2017, is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and provides real-world experience and education that prepares all trainees to teach in the real world.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING COMING THIS FALL
2 Day Start Up Program Fundamentals and Philosophy (required for all programs)
An extensive alignment and cuing protocol from head to toe to cohesively instruct a client. This workshop is the basis of all PSC’s Teacher Training Programs; it includes the Pilates philosophies collected from many teachings and also covers terminology and basic anatomy. This is the foundation for all skilled teaching and required for any modules of the PSC Pilates Teacher Training program.
