Taught by Studio Owner, Master Trainer, and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant Jocelyn Cohenour, this workshop will be the first of many we offer to deliver essential information necessary for safe pelvic floor health. This workshop is to be used as an information guide and not to be used in place of seeking treatment from a medical professional.
Jocelyn recently attended a 16-hour course on Postpartum Health through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is passionate about equipping all women with the knowledge necessary to take control of their health.
