Sarah has been a busy body her entire life. Never stopping from moving, she worked her way through nearly every sport in adolescence. As a young adult she continued to habitually exercise & maintain and healthy lifestyle. Only knowing the “no pain, no gain” gym mindset, she fell prone to minor injury and continual aches & pains, until she tried Pilates. Her 1st session she was hooked - every class was fun, provided appropriate challenge, and guided safe alignment with proper breath patterns. She quickly realized she was practicing an effective exercise in 1 hour with much greater results, and without any pain or injuries.
Within the year she grew even more passionate & decided to expand her knowledge and practice by becoming Pilates certified. Several years and 2 kids later, connecting deeper to motherhood, she refined her teaching more by becoming prenatal certified. She loves working with pregnant & postnatal women, knowing how much Pilates can assist in a stronger pregnancy & recovery. In 2020 Sarah will be continuing her journey through a childbirth education certification.
