Feeling like you need to get back into that routine or start a new one? Us too sometimes! Fortunately, there’s such a thing as September Resolutions. The Wall Street Journal recently reported that people are finding they can more easily form new habits of healthy behavior after summer is over instead of trying to after the post winter holiday rush.
“September marks a time of change in how we live, what we buy and what goals we set. Families put routines back in place, enforce bedtimes and pack lunches. People clear clutter out and vow to plan and cook healthy meals,” reports WSJ.
