Pilates before, during, and after pregnancy is instrumental in maintaining your core strength. While all of our classes can be modified for you during your pregnancy it is extremely important to focus on movements that will engage your transverse abdominus and pelvic floor AFTER pregnancy, especially if you suffer from Diastasis Recti. 


The focus of this workshop will be to educate you on exercises that will improve your core, glute, and hamstring strength will regaining pelvis stability.  We will discuss exercises that are ideal for you, exercises to avoid until your strength has returned, and an approximate guideline on when to return to activities or exercises that are high-impact. If you need to bring your child with you please do, and a notepad to take notes. The next Workshop is scheduled for April 8th, 2017, at 11:30 am. Pre-registration is required.
