Group Class Instructor
Kris Tucker, a tried and true Kansas City girl, has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and private/group Pilates instructor. She went from high school cheerleader to fitness cheerleader, first working as a group instructor teaching various classes around the city. After several years of group instructing, she added personal trainer to her resume. Pilates training was next - this is where Kris gained extensive knowledge in how the body moves and why sometimes our muscles don't cooperate with our heads!! She is constantly staying on top of the latest techniques and fitness modalities to keep her clients challenged and constantly evolving for the better.
Kris's manner makes relating to all ages and fitness levels easy and builds trust with clients helping them to reach their goals quickly. She is focused on seniors and injury rehabilitation, and holds certificates in group exercise from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), personal training from NETA, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist certification from ACE, and she is Stott Pilates trained instructor. She is also currently studying for a certification as a Pain-Free Movement Specialist from ACE."
