Our private and semi-private Pilates sessions are catered to you.
Private Pilates sessions focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level. Scheduled ahead of time, each lesson is customized to ensure each participate enjoys their Pilates experience. The beauty of Pilates is how it can be catered to suit many different body types. Our bodies are constantly changing depending on our life activities; in each session your instructor will ask if you have any ailments, pain, or particular areas you would like to focus on. This allows us to train the body that is front of us, and keeps your sessions innovative and different each time.
Our semi-private sessions allow you and one (or two) other clients the opportunity to not only do something for your mind and body but also devote an hour to connecting with others.
