PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES [reformer + tower]
Pilates is all about core strength! A gentle yet effective low-impact form of exercising, Pilates sessions with using the Pilates Reformer, Tower, or Exo Chair allow you to train several different muscle groups at once using smooth, continuous movements. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core as well as the shoulder and pelvic girdle. Our equipment classes focus on breathing, alignment, improving flexibility of the joints and muscles, and strengthening the body through spinal flexibility and stability. Through this Pilates has been proven to improve sports performance and aid in the prevention of injury. Our Equipment classes are limited to 5 clients and allow our instructors the chance to challenge every muscle in your body through the use of Balanced Body Studio Reformers, Towers, and Wunda Chairs. Our equipment classes move at a deliberate pace; if you are new to the equipment we recommend at least one private session first to maximize your progress in a class setting. Pre-Registration is required.
We do not level out our classes - while some tend to be more advanced than others, we feel it suits our clients schedules best for us to offer variations to make an exercise harder. If you are concerned a class time may move too fast for you, please speak to one of our instructors and we will happily direct you to a time that may be the best fit. Ultimately, all of our classes are MIXED LEVELS.
PILATES REFORMER CLASSES
As with our Pilates Equipment classes, you can expect to be challenged with every movement; however, these classes will ONLY use the Pilates Reformer. Our Reformer classes move at an intermediate pace - previous knowledge of the Reformer is required. Take advantage of our New Client Equipment Special to see if one or more private sessions is best for you. Registration is required.

PILATES CHAIR CLASSES
*COMING SOON* WUNDA Chair classes are intermediate to advanced classes limited to 5 participants. Each class will challenge your core strength, flexibility, balance, upper body strength, and coordination. This class moves at a brisk pace and clients will be expected to understand how to maneuver the Chair springs. Previous knowledge of the Chair is not required - Previous knowledge of Pilates principles is. Registration is required.

PILATES PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private Pilates sessions focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level. Scheduled ahead of time, each lesson is customized to ensure each participate enjoys their Pilates experience. The beauty of Pilates is how it can be catered to suit many different body types. Our bodies are constantly changing depending on our life activities; in each session your instructor will ask if you have any ailments, pain, or particular areas you would like to focus on. This allows us to train the body that is front of us, and keeps your sessions innovative and different each time.
PILATES PRIVATE SESSIONS WITH INSTRUCTORS-IN-TRAINING
Studio7 is a licensed Pilates Sports Center Education Center; graduates of our Pilates Teacher Training program will be completing their teacher-in-training (apprentice) hours and need clients to perfect their skills on! Each apprentice has completed 120+ hours of classroom education as well as a written and practical placement test. They now need to complete 200+ hours combined of observation and practice teaching utilizing all pieces of the Pilates equipment before receiving their Comprehensively Trained Pilates Teacher Diploma.
