Group Class Instructor

Audrey is a Kansas City native who fell in love with movement after her diagnosis of osteoporosis at only seven years old. Being prescribed dance as a remedy by her doctor she quickly fell in love with dancing and any kind of movement. She continued to dance locally as well as for her high school dance team until injuring her hip. After tearing the labrum in her right hip she began to follow new passions. This is when she found a love for Barre and Pilates. They both had the dance influence she loved while being low impact on her healing joint. Audrey is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Bachelor of the Arts in Spanish both from Rockhurst University. She hopes to continue studying the effects of fitness on long-term health and chronic illnesses after her finishing undergraduate studies.
When not in the studio you can find her working at the University of Kansas Hospital, playing with all her foster kitties or studying (lots and lots of studying)! Audrey is excited to be joining the Studio7 community!!
