PILATES FOR ATHLETIC TRAINING AND INJURY RECOVERY
"The instructors at Studio7 were instrumental in completing my successful recovery from a very difficult knee replacement surgery. Their personal involvement in classes and in my private sessions got me back to normal faster than I could have hoped. Their knowledge and depth of caring about my recovery was truly amazing. I will be forever grateful, it is part of my routine that I truly look forward to!"
Pilates isn't just for fitness - it's beneficial for athletic conditioning as well as injury recovery.
Private Pilates sessions are customized to ensure each participant enjoys their Pilates experience. Our bodies are constantly changing depending on our life activities, so our approach is not one size fits all - instead, we work with you to achieve the results you desire.
You don't have to be injured to begin Pilates - we have many athletes, dancers, and clients of all ages who come to us looking for the same thing - improve their core strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. Studio7 instructors know anatomy, understand biomechanics and get the importance of a balanced body. Pilates provides a challenging workout with no to low impact or excessive weight bearing. Private sessions can be a starting point for anyone looking to improve their class experience - within the individual session, we will focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level. Additionally, Studio7 has cultivated relationships with many KC Metro area Physical Therapy clinics and Physicians. We are happy to work with your medical team to help you reach your personal goals. At Studio 7, we strive to always deliver the very best instruction for all persons and meet you where you are.
