Private Pilates sessions are customized to ensure each participant enjoys their Pilates experience. Our bodies are constantly changing depending on our life activities, so our approach is not one size fits all - instead, we work with you to achieve the results you desire.
You don't have to be injured to begin Pilates - we have many athletes, dancers, and clients of all ages who come to us looking for the same thing - improve their core strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. Studio7 instructors know anatomy, understand biomechanics and get the importance of a balanced body. Pilates provides a challenging workout with no to low impact or excessive weight bearing. Private sessions can be a starting point for anyone looking to improve their class experience - within the individual session, we will focus on your specific needs, goals, and skill level. Additionally, Studio7 has cultivated relationships with many KC Metro area Physical Therapy clinics and Physicians. We are happy to work with your medical team to help you reach your personal goals.
